Book bunting – Ernest Owl

Description

This is a length of bunting made from an entire vintage Blackberry Farm book – ‘Ernest Owl Starts a School’. There are 16 whole page flags measuring 11cm x 14cm hung 3cm apart, giving a total length of 280cm (includes 30cm each end for tying).The images hand to the front and the story tothe back. As the whole book is used the story can still be read. The pages are edged a light green machine stitching that gives strength and definiton to the paper, and I have used a mid green cotton binding. These two greens coordinate well will the beautifull muted colours of the illustrations. A perfect gift for a vintage inspired nursery/bedroom, or for a lover of traditional tales, books and illustration.
