Crocheted Basket

Description

A crocheted basket made with a recycled t-shirt yarn, which is waste fabric from the textile industry cut into ribbons. It is 90% cotton and 10% synthetic and if necessary I would recommend hand washing at 30 degrees. This yarn is always a surprise when you receive it as each batch produced can be a different shade or thickness – this means of course that every pot is unique! In Bright Pink and Light Grey this basket measures approximately 12cm in diameter by 10cm high so is ideal to take a standard 12cm plant pot. If used as a plant pot cover you should place a suitable saucer in the bottom to prevent water damage. It would also be suitable as a storage basket for various items around the home.
