This is a very simple product that is not expensive and easy to put together. It holds the hose perfectly and does what it is designed to do.

This is the second own-brand hose reel that doesn’t work at all. It leaks (I have double checked and it’s not the end connectors) and it makes an awful squeaking sound!! I wanted a cheap quality one but on a basic level this one just doesn’t work!

This was a bargain buy & yes I did get it a 2nd time for a neighbour. Easily assembled too. Very pleased with it.

It looks good and does the job. You do need someone to help put it together as while the instructions are good you need to be an octopus to hold it in place, especially when fixing the handle and elbow hose.
