Having got home with one of these from nearest store it became apparent that not everything you need is included. Two more connectors are required before you can use it. If it had stated this on the package it would have saved a wasted journey. Its misleading marketing.

The pack only comes with 2 hose connectors but needs 4 so you will need to buy more things before you can use this product.
It’s not a starter kit because you can’t start to use it without more things

You can connect the hose unit to the tap ok. But you need an extra connector (not supplied) because the hose isn’t connected on the inside!
What an absolute waste of my time!

The starter set doesn’t come with enough parts to start using the hose, the connectors are so bad that almost as much water ends up on the floor as at the other end of the hose.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product! As a previous reviewer has stated this needs 4 connectors for the purpose it was intended not two!!! Caused a great deal of frustration!

I been wanting a hose all summer as watering the garden with the watering cans was hard work. I was delighted to see this starter pack in Homebase on sale and grabbed it thinking it’s perfect for what I need !
I thought I was going bonkers after trying and failing to put it together to water my garden this evening !
I went to the website and went straight to comments as there is always someone smart guiding you on how to make your life easier if you do not have great instructions but this is really bad ! Very misleading product! Not impressed as I had to water my garden again with the watering cans !
I’m conflicted if I should return it or buy the missing parts! Are there any missing parts in the shop?

This is a waste of money leaving you short parts to connect it so you have no choice but to go back & buy the rest of the bits pure rubbish
