   What a waste of money, literally leaks at every juncture (tap to hose, hose to reel, reel to spray). Even on very low water pressure. More water on the patio than on the lawn. Really disappointed.

   The instructions were not particularly clear. You have to take the whole hose off of the reel to set this up, even though it comes attached. You need to cut the hosepipe to make the small part you need to attach to the tap, it does not come separated. I had to ask my neighbour who is good at DIY and he thought the instructions were unclear and that it was strange you had to dismantle everything to attach the hose to the tap.

   Bought yesterday 8.9.23, instructions easy to understand and set up within five minutes. Attachments work perfectly and reaches bottom of garden. Nozzle has plenty of options to choose but I prefer the shower spray. Cannot fault this product, no leaks and fit for purpose.

   Robust hose but difficult to unravel and wind up again. Also not easy to attach the head without giving yourself a shower.

   I really wanted a 30m hose but took a chance on this (25m) as it was reduced in the sale. Luckily the jet is quite powerful and reaches the extra distance. As others have mentioned the instructions are not brilliant and it did initially leak from between the hose and the end attachments but tightening up the junction compression nut rectified that. I am pleased with the product and it doesn’t kink like the old hose it is replacing.
