Make your own tartan bunting garland kits (2)

Description

I have provided 2x kits for making your own tartan bunting. One set is blue tartan pennants and blue tape, and the other set is red tartan pennants and red tape. There are enough triangles to make 9 pennants, each of 3 different tartans, and the tape measures 2m. Each triangle measures 16cms deep x 15cms wide at the top. I have included instructions on how I make bunting for anyone who needs them. I also have a listing for ready made bunting if you prefer.
